Dublin desserts: Where you're going to get the ultimate sweet treats

For your fix of everything sweet and indulgent in this city, let us guide you.

From liquid nitrogen ice cream (yes, that's a thing) to churros to waffles, we're simply drooling on ourselves for all of these.

As the weather starts to get colder and the evenings start to get darker, there really isn't anything more comforting than a good helping of something rich and sweet.

We have come up with a handy list of nine places that are sure to satisfy all of those sweet cravings of yours.

Twenty Three Ice Cream Lab

Where? Drury Street. What? Ireland's only liquid nitrogen ice cream lab. Trust us, it's as enjoyable as it is insta-worthy.

Daddy's Dublin

Located on the South Circular Road, Daddy's Dublin bakes some class desserts such as a salted peanut and chocolate cake and their tarty party. Once they're baked, they're only available until sold out, so you need to be on the button with this one.

Cloud Nine

This ultra-popular ice cream shop in Temple Bar is adored by many for a reason.

Bubble Waffle Factory

Pretty much does what it says on the tin: delicious bubble waffles such as their berry kiss, rainbow chocolate, marshmallow wonder and nutty crunchie, to name a few. You'll find this spot on Liffey Street.

Coffee & Cream

Oh baby, this looks good. Coffee & Cream Dublin, found outside the Bell Pub in Blanchardstown, serves up an array of unbelievable donuts covered in all sorts of deliciousness.

Kakilang

These insanely bouncy Japanese Soufflé pancakes available on Bachelor's Walk absolutely need to be on your Dublin foodies bucket list.

Sweet Churro

Churros are the unsung heroes of dessert time. Where to get the best churros in Dublin? Many would argue for Sweet Churro on Crow Street in Temple Bar.

Ciao Cannoli

Have you been to Dine Town in Dublin 8 yet? If not, you need to go. It's a feast for all the senses and with scrumptious treats like these, you'll be sure to walk away satisfied.

The Paddocks

There is only one word for the desserts that are served in The Paddocks in Clonee and that is 'insane'. It's no surprise that they have amassed a cult following of food and drink lovers from all over Dublin.
