Dublin comedian Jason Byrne banned from TikTok for impersonations of Joe Wicks- 'The Body Coach'

Comedian Jason Byrne has been banned from TikTok for impersonating ‘The Body Coach’ Joe Wicks.

The sketch sees Byrne mimic Wicks, impersonating him in one of his workout videos in his underwear.

But TikTok removed it shortly after Byrne posted the video — which can still be viewed on Twitter — while also banning the funnyman from the video-sharing platform.

The former Ireland’s Got Talent judge revealed: “Tiktok banned me and deleted my account for posting
@thebodycoach sketch #joewicks”.

The Dubliner (49) previously told how he went through a rough time since the pandemic started as he lost earnings from cancelled comedy gigs and admitted he had to go to therapy after the death of his father.

He said at the time: “I first went to therapy because of the stress of my job.

“It was so stressful, I was getting a release from meditation and exercise, but I needed someone to start guiding me in my life and therapy was great for that.

“Everybody should go to therapy, but millions of us can’t because it’s too expensive,” he told the Sunday Mirror .

“This year has been turmoil for me because my dad died, my job completely went. I could have just gone under the duvet and hid, but instead I went online, put out funny videos and exercises, I tried to keep myself busy.”
