A Dublin Bus inspector is melting hearts after a picture of him helping a man out has gone viral.
The helpful inspector was snapped on the quays in the city centre as he headed the call for the man who'd been left in a bit of a knot.
Twitter user @GaelicGael shared the snap showing the thoughtful inspector helping the man get his tie in order.
