Dublin Bus forced to stop serving area of northside due to anti-social behaviour

Dublin Bus have been forced to stop service on part of a north Dublin route due to anti-social behaviour.

Route 40 will not serve St Helenas Road and Cardiffsbridge Road for the rest of the night due to the behaviour.

Dublin Bus posted a statement on their website this evening and apologised to affected customers.

It read: "We wish to advise customers that due to anti social behaviour route 40 will not serve St Helenas Road and Cardiffsbridge Road for the rest of tonight.

"Bus will operate via Finglas Road, Mellowes Road in both directions.

"We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused."
