Dublin Bus forced to divert busy route due to anti-social behaviour

Thugs forced Dublin Bus to divert one of its busiest routes on Sunday afternoon due to anti-social behaviour.

Route 27 did not serve Jobstown from after 3pm for one hour as thugs caused hassle on the southside route.

Dublin Bus had to advise customers that the route would be operating to and from Molly Heffernan's with normal service resuming at 4:20pm.

In a statement, the company said: "We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused."

They added: "Customers can also get updates on  Facebook, follow us on Twitter @dublinbusnews or call our customer service line on (01) 8734222, lines open from 08:30 - 18:00hrs  (Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays)."
