Dublin Budget Buddy: Which properties can you buy in Blackrock, Lusk, Walkinstown and Ringsend for €450k?

This week's budget stands at a little under half a million - €70k above the median price paid in Dublin during 2020. For this above-average sum you should expect an above-average property - but how far does €450k really go these days?

We had a rummage around the property market and found a variety of homes in Lusk, Walkinstown, Ringsend and Blackrock.

Maretimo House is in a great spot, a short walk from the centre of Blackrock village, and even though the apartment is pricey for its size and could do with a refresh, there really is only one thing worth considering here: that view.
