Dublin boy's amazing alien spaceship Halloween costume created from recycling

A young boy from Coolock has created a very cool alien spaceship costume for his school Halloween parade that will surely impress all his friends.

Kye Burch is six years old and from Coolock in Dublin.

This year for Halloween he and his mum Edel decided to create a costume from recycling household items such as plastic bottles and an umbrella.

They also added a Bluetooth speaker on a magnet for added sound effect to the unique costume.

Speaking to Dublin Live, Kye's proud mum Edel said: "His alien spaceship costume is made from all recycled materials except for the lights, we added a Bluetooth speaker on a magnet for added sound effect.

"It was created for school today for Kye's Halloween parade and I wanted to teach him the importance of recycling."

Edel says lot of work went into creating Kye's costume from scratch but he is very proud of the final result.
