Bargain hunters will have a chance to land a treasure trove with a Dublin auctioneer set to host its very own Storage Wars next week.
Wilsons Auctions will sell off the contents of 11 storage units in an online auction that begins on Monday, August 31.
Similar to the hit US TV show, which ran for 10 years, buyers will have the chance to bid on a huge variety of items from furniture to power tools and everything in between.
But there is a catch - the units are in Galway and potential bidders will only be able to view the contents of the storage units online during the auction and the successful buyer must collect the full contents of the unit.
Shanta Lawlor, Corporate Services and Offsite Auction Manager at Wilsons Auctions said: “We are excited to have been instructed to host this very unique auction on behalf of our client, allowing the general public to bid on the contents of 11 individual storage units.
"With limited sight of the contents of the units ahead of the auction, bidders will have to be up for the challenge to place those all-important bids, in the hope it unlocks an Aladdin’s cave filled with treasures."
The Unreserved Online Timed Storage Unit Auction will run across three days, starting at 2pm on Monday, August 31 and timing out on Wednesday, September 2 from 2pm.
Interested bidders can register through the Wilsons Auctions website and view a brief video of the storage units on request.
