Dublin Airport hilariously trolls Denmark fans ahead of crunch Euro 2020 qualifier against Ireland

Dublin Airport has taunted Denmark fans by saying it hopes they have a "miserable" time after tonight's crunch game kicks off.

Republic of Ireland will face the Danes in Dublin at 7.45pm in an all or nothing Euro2020 qualifier.

The airport posted online to say many fans from both nations have arrived for the game.

And one fan asked: "Can you kindly cancel the flight from Denmark please?"

Dublin Airport sarcastically tweeted back saying it wishes the opposing supporters have a "wonderful" time in Dublin - until the game gets under way at the Aviva Stadium.

The tweet said: "Ah now. That would be impolite.

"We hope our Danish visitors have a wonderful time in Dublin.

"Until kick off at 7.45, after which we hope it is thoroughly miserable for them."
