Dublin Airport Authority to review staff rosters as passenger numbers continue to rise

Thousands of staff at Dublin Airport are to have their rosters reviewed to cope with a huge rise in passenger numbers.

The Dublin Airport Authority (daa) is looking to make the workplace more engaged as it continues to get busier at the gates.

A daa spokesman said: "We have gone out to the market to get some external help as we seek to determine whether our current rosters – some of which have been in place for a long time – are fit for purpose.

"We want to enhance overall workforce engagement in the business while continuing to meet the needs of our customers and also balance that with differing preferences of staff."
