Drunken Prince Harry begged Mike Tindall for his autograph while he was naked

Prince Harry had a hilarious drunken encounter with England's World Cup winning rugby team - and they are all completely naked.

The Duke of Sussex begged the players for an autograph, including Mike Tindall, who would go on to become his cousin-in-law.

Harry showed his playful side during an appearance on US chat show The Late Show With Stephen Colbert earlier this year - and now new clips of a hilarious Q&A have been released.

While answering the light-hearted questions, Harry revealed his favourite action movie is Gladiator and his perfect sandwich is a cheese and ham toastie with Dijon mustard.

But one of the most revealing moments, literally, came when the prince was asked whether he had ever requested an autograph.

"Yes, the England rugby team in 2003," explained Harry. "At the World Cup final after a few drinks wearing an England rugby top, I was going 'Jonny, Jonny, Mike, Mike, Lawrence come on sign my shirt'."

The players in question are Jonny Wilkinson, Lawrence Dallaglio and Mike Tindall, who married Harry's cousin Zara Phillips in 2011.

The England lads had just beaten Australia in the Rugby World Cup final in Sydney - and Harry was determined to get a memento.

He added: "And they’re all there standing naked with their willies hanging out but I got all 15 signatures and was really happy with that."

Harry simply smiled when presenter Colbert quipped: "They signed it with pens, yes?"

It was during his time in Australia that Mike was first introduced to Zara - with the pair going on to have three children together.

Mike previously joked that members of the Royal Family would like to "throw a few punches" at Harry while discussing their night out in Sydney with ex-teammate Iain Balshaw.

Royal expert Richard Eden said Balshaw and Tindall thought it would be "amusing to throw a few punches" at the prince to test how long it would take Harry’s personal protective officers to intervene.

Eden quipped: "A few seconds, it turned out."

"At Balmoral, the family are now having the same conversation<" said Mike, who added: "Except the Queen has taken his security away."

Mike was initially quite close with Harry. but relations have soured in recent years.

The rugby star reportedly branded Prince Harry a 'b***end' during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Mike described the topic of Megxit as a "no-go area" when he was asked about Harry and Meghan's departure for Canada.

On a podcast recorded after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they were "stepping back", Mike was asked if he had been in touch with the pair.

The England legend said that the thorny topic was a "no-go area" adding that he "doesn't know anything about it".

Elsewhere on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert Q&A, Harry admitted he had struggled with American and British terms when he first got with Meghan.

"I have to be so careful with these questions as the Americanism to Britishism is very different. It got me and my wife into a lot of trouble in the beginning of our relationship."

Harry explained that terms like "fanny pack", "sidewalk" instead of "pavement" and "horseback ridding" instead of just "horse riding" were annoying.

He confessed one thing he should really throw out is his ripped boxer shorts, while also claiming he would like to be reincarnated as an elephant.

In one hilarious moment, Harry said the animal he feared most was snakes - then looked down at the floor to jokingly check.

He also said his favourite smell was Meghan and five words to describe his future would be "freedom, happiness, clarity, space and love".
