A woman smashed 30 glasses after she was refused service for being too loud and drunk.
Latisha Faulkner sent the glassware flying by sweeping her arm across the bar of The Square Peg JD Wetherspoon in Corporation Street, Birmingham.
In doing so she sent £50 worth of drinking implements crashing to the floor, Birmingham Mail reported.
The incident began shortly after 1pm on Friday, February 7.
David Devine, prosecuting, said: "The Square Peg is rather busy in the afternoon. This lady was in there being loud and had far too much to drink. Staff refused to serve her.
"She swept her arm across the bar and in doing so smashed 30 glass, worth £50.
"The lady left and was followed on CCTV to Colmore Row and arrested. In interview, she was not represented.
"She initially stated she did smash the glasses but couldn't remember why she did it."
Faulkner represented herself at the court hearing and said: "I'm sorry. I do take full responsibility for my actions."
The 24-year-old from Lilac Grove, Bentley in Walsall admitted to one charge of damaging or destroying property at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Thursday, February 20.
She was handed a £125 fine and told to pay £50 compensation, a £32 victim surcharge and £135 in court court costs amounting to £342 in total.
District Judge David Wain said: "You had rather too much to drink and got into a disagreement with staff. During the course of that you swept a number of glasses to the floor.
"To your credit you expressed remorse and entered a guilty plea. This is somewhat of an expensive education for you.
"I hope it reminds you of the dangers of being drunk in public."
