Breyer was caring for the two children who were under the age of 12 months at the time.

Police said they found her slurring her words and shouting when they arrived to the scene on May 6.

When officers attempted to arrest her, she struggled and tried to flee, reports The Gazette.

When interviewed, she told police she was an alcoholic and needed help.

Her defence, Martin Hillson, said his client was embarrassed and remorseful by over her actions.

Breyer was fined £750, £85 costs and a £75 victim surcharge by Blackpool Magistrates Court.
