A drunk thug gouged his mother's eyes and stamped on her head after downing a pint of spirits.
Dylan Jones had been drinking at a rugby club before heading to his home in Redruth, Cornwall.
According to his mother and girlfriend he was "difficult from the outset" when he returned, wetting himself and vomiting.
He then struck his mum to the floor, tried to gouge out her eyes and stamped on her head five times with shoes on.
As the assault continued he hurled verbal abuse at her saying "you big fat c***".
He also called his girlfriend who was in the house "a little bitch".
Defence lawyer, Charles Hulley, said Jones had no recollection of the incident after "putting a pint of vodka and rum to his mouth and drinking it" at the rugby club.
Jones pleaded guilty to two charges of assault and one of criminal damage at Truro Magistrates' Court.
The 21-year-old wept through the hearing before magistrates told him they didn't have sufficient powers of sentencing.
They said a judge will decide his punishment at the city's Crown Court next month where sentences longer than half a year can be given.
He was released on unconditional bail and is due to appear in crown court on July 25.
