One man has been arrested after Gardai stormed a drug den in south Dublin late last night.
Officers seized around €80,000 of Cannabis Herb following the search of a residence in the Terenure/Rathmines area at 10:15pm.
Gardai from the District Drugs Unit there carried out the operation as part of the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the area.
During the bust, 4kg of Cannabis Herb was snatched by Gardai and a 25-year-old man was arrested a short time later.
He is currently being quizzed at Terenure Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act 1996.
A Garda spokesman told Dublin Live: "Investigations are ongoing, no further information is available at this time."
