Drugged up campers trashed a beauty spot abandoning bags of white powder, 'hippie crack' cannisters and tents, as well as chopping down trees.
More than 100 beer bottles were left at the site, on the south shore of Loch Tummel near Pitlochry, Perth and Kinross.
A gazebo was also abandoned as well as camping chairs and sleeping bags, the ground was scorched by a campfire and plastic bottles were strewn around following a party.
It was a shock to neighbours who had painstakingly cleared up 300kg of rubbish last Friday - only to discover on Tuesday that yobs had been partying there over the weekend.
Businessman Jennifer Macintyre, 46, said: "I was just aghast.
"There were camping chairs, more than 100 better bottles and cans and small packets which had white powder in them.
"They'd chopped trees down and there were six abandoned tents.
"Another volunteer and I cleared the site in the pouring rain.
"There were 12 to 15 bags of rubbish.
"That was the worst I'd seen it - it was so disheartening."
The mum-of-two handed the plastic packets over to the police.
She said: "It's just a total lack of respect. It's not what wild camping is about, something needs to be done about it.
"It's been escalating year on year, yet this year after lockdown was the worst. Around this time of year you usually get a decline but it's still an issue.
"People are coming out and partying.
"We've been sworn at in the past and when you drive down at night people are staggering about, spewing into the bushes and music's blasting.
"It's not what you expect to see in a beautiful scenic area.
"It's becoming a hotspot for drug taking and dealing.
"We've previously found lots of nitrous oxide canisters and a mobile phone with drug deals on it."
Police Scotland has been approached for comment.
