Two drug dealers led police on a terrifying chase through a Rochdale village armed with a machete.
Bradley Jones, 22, and Darien Kenworthy, 24, refused to stop for officers after being caught in a stolen Ford Fiesta in Newhey.
Driver Jones sped off before crashing and fleeing the car along with his accomplice near Rochdale town centre on November 8.

Prosecutor Gavin Howie told Minshull Street Crown Court: "Jones drove the Fiesta to the end of the road, before turning back towards the junction of Milnrow Road where he lost control of it and crashed, causing damage to the front near side.
"This disabled the vehicle. Jones and Kenworthy, alighted from their vehicle and ran off.
"They were detained, a short time later, after a chase.
"Jones was detained in a garden on Milnrow Road. Kenworthy was detained on the nearby Metrolink tracks.
"Kenworthy attempted to conceal something. This was recovered, along with a car key, belonging to a Volkswagen Tiguan estate.
"A set of vehicle registration plates were recovered on the Metrolink tracks."

When police returned to the Fiesta they discovered the registration plates didn't match the vehicle chassis number and confirmed it had been stolen in Middleton on 30 October.
The vehicle had a tracker fitted but this was found discarded at a location in Rochdale, the court heard.
Within the Fiesta police found a freezer bag containing what was believed to be a cannabis bush, a black Nokia phone and a navy blue rucksack containing numerous clear snap bags.
A large machete was also found.
Inside a blue container, police found 35 wraps of a white substance, later confirmed to be heroin, and 21 wraps of brown substance, later confirmed to be heroin, the court heard.
When Jones was detained, he told police that he was disqualified from driving and was therefore uninsured to drive, Mr Howie said.
Further investigations into the Tiguan key revealed it had been stolen on 4 November.
The victim told police he had been outside washing the car when he went inside to use the bathroom.

When he returned it had gone along with the keys which were hanging on the wall in his kitchen, Mr Howie said.
Police searched a car park near to where the initial pursuit began and found the Tiguan estate on fake plates, the court heard.
The cocaine was valued at £350 and the heroin at £210, the court heard.
Kenworthy, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine; possession with intent to supply heroin; possession of a bladed article; and handling stolen goods.
Jones, of Beaconsfield Road, Rochdale, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine; possession with intent to supply heroin; possession of a bladed article; handling stolen goods; driving while disqualified; and driving without insurance.

Sentencing, Judge Nield said she accepted that both claimed they were placed under 'pressure' to deal drugs by others due to their own debts.
Jones was sentenced to two years six months on the drugs charges plus six months for breaching a suspended sentence.
He is also disqualified from driving for two years.
Kenworthy was sentenced to two years six months for the drugs charges plus 20 weeks for the bladed article as it was his second conviction for such an offence triggering a minimum term.
