Dropbox CEO Drew Houston joins Facebook board

Facebook has added Dropbox co-founder and CEO Drew Houston to its board of directors, the company said on Monday.

Why it matters: Houston is the latest addition to Facebook's board, which lost longtime directors Erskine Bowles and Netflix CEO Reed Hastings last year amid continued criticism over its business model and user privacy.
