Driving Theory Test cheating with Bluetooth denied by 34 year old

A 34-year-old Filton man denies using technology to commit fraud at a driving test centre.

Seyhmus Kut, of Filton Avenue, appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court on September 28.

He pleaded not guilty to a charge that on June 6 last year, at Bristol Theory Test Centre, he possessed a Bluetooth device in connection with fraud.

Magistrates remanded him on unconditional bail to next appear before the court on November 2.

The theory test is taken on a computer at an official DVSA test centre and consists of two individual tests which must both be taken on the same day.

The first is a multiple-choice test based on the rules of the road, as set by the DVSA.

The second is a hazard perception test.
