Drivers have been warned they could be landed with a £5,000 fine for making a common Christmas Day mistake.
Many will be taking to the roads on December 25 to celebrate the day with loved ones, with lots of people playing festive songs on the radio to get into the spirit.
However, insurance experts have warned singing along to favourites by Mariah Carey, Shakin' Stevens and George Michael could lead to motorists being handed a £5,000 fine and nine points on their licence.

Marmalade specialise in insuring young drivers and they issued the advice in its winter survival guide, which says drivers loudly singing to Christmas classics could be classed as careless driving.
According to the Highway Code, drivers need concentration for safe driving and should avoid loud music since it may mask other sounds and cause distractions.
If caught, the motorists are at risk of being charged with “driving without due care and attention” or in some cases even “dangerous driving”.
CEO of Marmalade, Crispin Moger said: "As a new driver, if you are yet to experience winter conditions on the road they can prove to be a bit of a challenge.
"We thought it would be handy for new drivers of the UK to have this guide to hand should they need it. It offers some pearls of wisdom as we head into the winter months."
The guide also tells drivers the exact settings you should have your heaters and fans set to in order to easily clear your window, as often it can be difficult to find the right settings, especially with the mornings getting colder.
If your windows are too fogged up when it's cold outside, you could face a £60 fine and £1,000 if driving with the obstruction is deemed to be careless driving.
