Drivers reminded that M90 near Queensferry Crossing will close to traffic tonight

Drivers are reminded to be aware of a road closure on the M90 near the Queensferry Crossing tonight.

The route will be shut to traffic northbound between junction 1B Ferrytoll and junction 1C Admiralty from 8pm to 6am.

This is so Amey can carry out emergency repairs to the Dunfermline Wynd overbridge, although traffic using the bridge won't be affected.

M90 diversions will be signposted from Ferrytoll and will be via the B980 Castleandhill Road, A985 Admiralty Road, B980 King's Road and the A823 (M) westbound.

Motorists are urged to leave some extra time for their journey if using this route tonight or early tomorrow morning.
