Dublin Fire Brigade rushed to the scene of a horror crash in south Dublin this afternoon.
The two vehicle collision involving a truck and a car on the N81 at Brittas shortly before 2pm.
Traffic restrictions were in place as firemen cleared the road.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
DFB tweeted: “#N81 Brittas. We’re finishing up at a road traffic collision on the N81.
“Recovery underway, we hope to be clear soon.
“Traffic restrictions in place.”
A Garda spokesman told Dublin Live: “Gardaí are at the scene of a two vehicle rtc involving a truck and a jeep that occurred shortly before 2pm this afternoon, Thursday 5 th August 2021.
“No injuries have been reported at this time and the road remains open.”
