Driverless truck rolls into house, nearby cars

A driverless truck collided with the front of a house and nearby vehicles in Duffy on Wednesday morning.

The truck rolled into the house on Jemalong Street at a low speed, causing some minor damage to the front of the garage and two cars, an ACT Emergency Services Agency spokesperson said.

No one was injured in the collision and paramedics were not called to the scene.

The house sustained no structural damage.

ACT Policing received reports of the incident about 10.05am, with ACT Fire and Rescue also attending and assessing the scene.

It's not yet clear what caused the truck to roll into the house, and police were no longer on scene as at 2pm, a spokesperson said.
