A man has been arrested after testing positive for cocaine while driving along a Falkirk motorway last night.
It's after officers were called to reports a vehicle was sitting on the hard shoulder of the M876 between Larbert and Denny.
The 37-year-old driver was asked to provide a swab, which showed he had the party drug in his system.
It happened on the northbound carriageway.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers attended a report of a vehicle sitting on the hard shoulder of the M876 last night.
"The driver later provided a positive drugwipe for Cocaine and was arrested.
"A blood specimen has been obtained for analysis and will be reported to Procurator Fiscal if applicable."
