Emergency services are on scene in Bolwarra where a man has suffered a suspected seizure while driving and a pedestrian has been injured.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the driver, believed to be aged in his 30's, suffered the suspected seizure while travelling on Lang Drive and veered off the road about 11am.
A traffic controller was then struck and pushed into a fence, causing bleeding and minor injuries, the ambulance spokesperson said.
The driver reported feeling tight in the chest and was being assessed at the scene by paramedics.
