Driver spits at woman during shocking row over tight spaces in Asda car park

A driver hurled abuse and spat at a woman during a furious parking row at Asda.

The angry motorist is seen hurling abuse when the shocking incident in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, was caught on camera on Sunday afternoon.

The row broke out in the supermarket car park after a tight space made it almost impossible for the raging driver to get out.

Courtney Roseweir had popped into the supermarket to buy a lasagna and returned to find someone struggling to climb into their own vehicle in the next bay.

In the footage the driver of what appears to be a grey Mercedes charges at Courtney and the pair exchange insults.

The baseball cap wearing motorist calls 25-year-old Courtney a "scruffy c***".

When the driver sped off they made an obscene gesture towards Courtney and spat out of the car window.

Courtney, from Manchester, posted the video on social media later that day saying: “This girl pulled up in her parking space and I pulled up second. She then proceeded to scream out of her window "how am I suppose to f**k get out of there".

"Now as you can see she clearly doesn’t know how to park as she is parked on the white line. I simply told her [if] she parked her car straight, she would have no problem getting out.

“[She] continued to slam her car door into mine, spit at me, and call me all the names under the sun."

The video shows the driver trying to get into the car through the driver’s side of the vehicle by standing on Courtney’s green Corsa.

The driver turns around and says “are you taking the p***?” and starts bounding towards Courtney who shouts back “What are you doing you f***king k***head, no I’m not moving the car just move it over, f***king idiot.”

Airline worker Courtney said she was shocked at what happened, but didn't report it to the police.

“I thought the fact that she spat not once but twice was disgusting," Courtney said "I wouldn’t even spit at someone I hate. It’s awful.”
