Driver rushed to hospital following car crash on busy Hillfoots road

A woman has been rushed to hospital following a road smash on a Hillfoots road.

Police were called to a report of a crash on the A908, between Benview and Devonside this morning.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a report of a two vehicle crash on the A908 between Benview and Devonside around 11.30am on Tuesday, November 9.

"One woman has been taken to Forth Valley Hospital."

Police are still at the scene and the road remains closed as investigations cointinue.
