Driver rushed to hospital after Dunfermline car crash

A person has been taking to hospital following a road crash in Dunfermline city centre. Emergency services were in attendance at Pittencrieff Street by the Glen Bridge, including the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

Local reports say a woman was cut out of a vehicle following the two-car crash around 3.10pm.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police were called to a report of a two-car crash on Pittencrieff Street in Dunfermline at around 3.10pm on Wednesday, 13 July, 2022.

“Emergency services attended and one person was taken to hospital.”
