Driver reported for obstruction after bizarre parking

A driver has been reported for obstruction offences after parking their car partially across a pavement in Old Trafford.

Stretford Police have been busy fining motorists with "unusual methods" of parking this week, after slapping a fine on a driver who left their car across a junction and double yellow lines outside Kings Road Primary School on Wednesday. (October, 19)

Today (October, 21) they took to Twitter to state: "PCSO C again witnessing some unusual methods of parking in Old Trafford yesterday. The driver was reported for obstruction offences. Please be considerate to those around us."

Twitter user Sue Archer suggested: "This really deserves to have the kerb line, and those lines of brick pavers, painted up and over the door and roof at a jaunty angle."
