A man has died after a crash between two cars in mid-Wales.
The collision happened on the A458 in Powys on Tuesday night.
The driver of one of vehicles involved - a 36-year-old man - died as a result of the crash, police have confirmed. He has not been named, but his next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers from Dyfed-Powys Police.

A spokesman for the force said: “We are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the A458, between Llanfair Caereinion and Llanerfyl in Powys, at approximately 6:45pm on Tuesday (December 21).
“The collision involved two cars, a black Nissan Navara and a silver Volkswagen Golf. Sadly, the 36-year-old man driving the Volkswagen passed away.
“Anyone with information that could help officers with their investigation is asked to report it to Dyfed-Powys Police, either online, by emailing 101@dyfed-powys.pnn.police.uk, or by calling 101.”
