A man is in hospital with serious injuries following a crash in a residential street.
The Toyota MPV crashed into a parked vehicle and then a house on Blanche Street, Adamsdown, Cardiff, at about 5pm on Friday.
South Wales Police said the driver of the vehicle sustained serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to hospital.
The occupants of the house were evacuated and the road was closed for a short period of time.
Officers remained at the scene on Friday while they carried out door to door enquiries.
Eyewitnesses at the scene said the Toyota Van "backed right up to the window" of the terraced house.
South Wales Police are appealing for any witnesses of the incident to contact them.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, stopped to provide assistance or anyone who may have dash camera footage of the vehicle prior to the crash.
