Two drivers were rushed to hospital after a motorcycle and a car collided at a notoriously "deadly" Dublin roundabout.
Both drivers were taken to Beaumont Hospital following the crash at the Pavillions Roundabout, Swords on Tuesday.
The road only reopened properly this morning despite the collision happening yesterday morning just before 8am.
Gardai have launched an investigation into the smash with both drivers currently recovering from non-life threatening injuries.
One eye-witness described the roundabout as "deadly" with similar incidents taken place there regularly.
They said: "I hope the people who had the accident are ok. It looked very bad and I was thinking about them all day.
"It's a deadly roundabout. One of the drivers was being strapped into a neck brace collar and was on a stretcher when I passed. I was not the better of it.
"Thoughts are with both drivers for a speedy recovery."
A garda spokesman confirmed the collision to Dublin Live.
He said: "Gardaí attended the scene of a two vehicle road traffic collision involving a motorcycle and a car which occurred at the Pavillions Roundabout, Swords on the 10 November at approximately 7:45am.
"Both drivers were taken to Beaumont Hospital with non-life threatening injuries."
