A driver was found unresponsive after a single-vehicle crash Saturday in suburban Naperville.
Authorities responded to the crash about 12:40 p.m. at the intersection of 75th and Washington streets, Naperville police said in a statement.
Investigators determined a 38-year-old woman was driving a Ford F150 east on 75th when she traveled through the intersection at a slow speed, crossed several lanes of traffic and struck a concrete wall, police said.
The woman was found unresponsive and taken to a hospital, police said.
Naperville police are investigating.
