Driver hits another car while trying to squeeze between two vehicles on school run

A motorist was filmed hitting another vehicle while trying to squeeze between two cars as parents picked their children up from school.

Dashcam footage shows the car hurtling down a busy road and getting in between a parked grey Vauxhall and a white Toyota waiting to turn right.

The white car was hit by the blue Volkswagen before the motorist drove off.

After his car was hit, the driver put his hazards on and then got out of the vehicle to assess the damage.

The hit-and-run took place on Junction Road, Stourbridge, at around 3.05pm on November 8, Birmingham Live reports.

In the clip, some children can be seen on the footpath as they leave nearby Redhill School to board their parents' cars.

Several cars are parked on the side of street and others move along it.

A group of students can be seen walking down the road.

West Midlands Police said the incident has been reported to them.

Stourbridge, a market town in the West Midlands, has a population of about 63,000 people.
