A furious driver hit with a £100 fine for parking in her own designated spot will go legal after the firm in charge wouldn't accept her permit slipped from the dashboard.
Laura Armstrong was given a penalty notice for leaving her Toyota Aygo in her space at the apartment block in Worcester last month.
She says she placed the permit in full view as she left her vehicle on July 19.
But when she returned the next day she saw the fine - and that her permit had fallen out of sight.
The 32-year-old thought there would be no problem getting it revoked as she is the owner of the parking space.

There was shock in store for marketing copywriter, who was left seething when the firm responsible for the fine "wasn't interested" in her pleas.
She now says she'll take it all the way to court unless they withdraw the penalty - and said there is no mention in her lease agreement of any need for permits in order to park.
She told the Worcester News: "My permit accidentally slipped from my dashboard and I went down to my car the next morning to find a £100 charge.
"I thought that once I explained I was the owner of the apartment that the parking space is attached to, the charge would be revoked - but I was wrong.

"They came back and said no, it wouldn't be cancelled. I got in touch with the firm who manage the apartment and they weren't interested either."
The woman says she was occupying the space which had been allocated to her when she moved in.
The resident added she couldn't understand the need for the car park to even be managed when it was a gated residents' car park, which is only accessible through a door fob.
The driver says she asked Parking Control Management Ltd to legally prove they are in the right - but "strangely enough" she hasn't heard back from them since.
Now she says she won't give in to them - and is prepared to go to court if they refuse to see sense.
Laura added: "I'm really angry this is allowed and I will be seeking legal advice from a solicitor if they refuse to back down."
Parking Control Management Ltd have been approached for comment.
