Police, who said the car was stolen, can be seen close to the Audi after pulling over alongside the car on the junction with Mulberry Street , in footage taken by shocked students at the college.

Eyewitnesses described an unmarked police car forcing the 2019 plate navy Audi to stop along the junction of Myrtle Street and Mulberry Street.
