A driver was pulled over by police for using Facetime on his mobile while driving on a busy motorway.
Police spotted the person on the M3 at around 9.30pm on November 25.
Surrey Police say the driver was seen swerving in his lane and driving at a slow speed at the time.
Footage of the incident, which happened near Shepperton, has been released by police, Surrey Live reports.
Police are warning motorists driving while distracted is dangerous and the penalties include a £100 fine and 3 points on a licence.

Sergeant Dan Pascoe, from Surrey’s Roads Policing Unit, said: “Driving whilst distracted is a serious offence and is one of the five main causes of road traffic collisions and injuries in the UK.
"Please be vigilant whilst driving and remember that you are not just putting your own life at risk, but others too.”
On this occasion, the driver was let off with a warning

The video was posted on Twitter by the force's roads policing unit - and followers were quick to comment.
One user said simply: "I see this all the time."
Another user said: "Daily occurrence everywhere. Usually on the phone. Speeding. Park wherever they see fit. Cut lanes. Don’t use indicators. Pull out regardless. Abusive. And too many more for here."
And yet another also echoed those sentiments, saying: "A regular thing I see on my commute. Along with courier drivers who are reading their delivery notes while still driving at speed. Is it not time for a straight ban for this offence?"
On a Facebook police account, another person said: "See plenty of drivers watching films or FaceTime."
And another still said: "Total idiot, but not surprised - still see so many people with a phone in their hands while driving!"
