A driver has been rushed to hospital after a crash involving a motorbike in Glenrothes.
Emergency services raced to the Cardowrie Loan area of Milton of Balgonie just before 3pm today to reports of a crash involving a motorbike.
Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service were in attendance.
The driver is believed to have been airlifted to hospital.
Details of injuries are not currently known.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.45pm on Sunday, 7 March, police were made aware of a crash involving a motorbike in the Cardowrie Loan area of Milton of Balgonie, Glenrothes.
"The driver was taken to hospital for treatment.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted by the Daily Record for comment.
