Drive-in ScareCity cinema with live actors coming to Greater Manchester this Halloween

An immersive drive-in cinema is coming to Greater Manchester next month.

With Halloween just weeks away, ScareCity 2.0 will show films throughout October until the big day itself.

After a successful run outside EventCity near the Trafford Centre, the attraction has now moved to the nearby Soccer Dome, close to Chill Factore, off Trafford Way.

Promising 'a spellbindingly satanic experience complete with horrifying live actors, drive through scare tunnel, your favourite horror movies and much more', it'll show a range of family films and horror films for adults.

There's everything from children's favourites Hocus Pocus, The Witches, Monster House and Coraline, to films for teenagers and adults such as A Quiet Place, Annabelle, The Ring and The Exorcist.

Billed as 'no ordinary drive-in cinema', ScareCity promises to be packed with surprises and delights guests know and love, with visitors guided through the haunting drive-in tunnel 'which sees live actors and unexpected surprises throughout for a truly hair-raising experience'.

New for this year is the Scare Zone, a brand-new walk-through experience for braver visitors, filled with photo opportunities along the way.

There's also a fully licensed bar and food vendors on site.

Tickets cost £40 per car, plus a £4 booking fee, and can be booked online.
