Drinks reception for Birmingham Post Business Awards finalists and sponsors

Finalists in our 2019 Birmingham Post Business Awards met in the city last night for a drinks reception ahead of September's awards ceremony.

The awards will celebrate all that is great about the city region's thriving business community from the smallest start-up to the largest corporations across 12 categories including our overall Company of the Year.

This year we welcome four new awards for corporate social responsibility, hospitality, property and young businessperson.

Guests gathered at Park Regis hotel's Sky Loft in Broad Street and enjoyed the view from 16 storeys above the city and out to Edgbaston on one of the hottest days of the year.

A photo gallery from the event can be seen on the Birmingham Post's Facebook page.

It provided a great chance to network and learn more about the other shortlisted finalists and the fantastic work they are doing.

Guests heard from Park Regis' sales manager Ryan Doyle and Marc Reeves, Midlands editor-in-chief of Birmingham Post publisher Reach plc.

The 2019 awards welcome a host of sponsors and partners including Barclays, Birmingham Airport, Fazenda, ICC Birmingham, Jaguar Land Rover, Park Regis, PwC and our new B2B news website BusinessLive.
