Drink drivers named and shamed: The latest offenders to be banned from the roads

A woman pleaded guilty to drink-driving in a Nissan Qashqai.

Karen Hatherley, 38, of Wembley Road, Broxtowe, was driving in Devonshire Drive, Eastwood, when she had 144 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on December 17.

She received a community order, unpaid work for 100 hours over 12 months, a 32-month driving ban and orders to pay costs of £85 and £90 towards victim services.

 

A 33-year-old woman was fined £120 for drink-driving.

Jenna Young, of Azimghur Road, Whatton, was banned from driving for 18 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85.

She pleaded guilty to having 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on December 15.

A 50-year-old man was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.

Colin Fitzroy Brown, of Bruce Close, The Meadows, must have treatment for alcohol dependency, be subject to a driving ban for four years and pay £122 to fund victim services and costs of £85.

He was driving when he had 143 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on December 10.

 

A man drove an Audi Q5 when he was over the drink drive limit in Derby Road in Nottingham.

Lingfeng Chen, 24, of Shardlow Road, Derby, had 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35, on November 13.

Chen was fined £133, banned from driving for 12 months, ordered to pay £32 to fund victim services and costs of £85.

A woman was banned from driving for three years after drink-driving.

Faye Stenson, 42, of Harcourt Crescent, Nuthall, has been given eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, and unpaid work for 180 hours.

Stenson has to pay £122 towards victim services and costs of £85. She pleaded guilty to having 140 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.
