A drink driver captured on camera driving erratically has been banned.
In the video, shared by police in Co Tyrone in September, the motorist drives on the wrong side of the road and narrowly misses oncoming traffic.
The footage was captured on the Granville Road in Dungannon and was originally shared by police early in September.
However, they said that he appeared in court on Friday.
A PSNI spokesman said: "You’ll remember this one from few weeks ago when the driver was almost four times over the limit.
"He was sentenced by the courts yesterday.
"He was given a 12 month driving ban and and £250 fine. If he completes an alcohol awareness course the ban will be reduced to nine months."
