Drink-drive duo Tom Lawrence and Mason Bennett have been named in the Derby team to face Barnsley in tonight's Sky Bet Championship clash.
The pair were not involved in the 3-2 victory over Birmingham City at Pride Park Stadium on Saturday after being arrested and charged with drink-driving last Tuesday.
But Lawrence will start this one as manager Phillip Cocu makes two changes from the weekend, while Bennett is named among the substitutes.
Ireland defender Richard Keogh was a back seat passenger during the crash - after a boozy night out with Rams team-mates spiralled out of control.
Keogh suffered a career-threatening knee injury that could sideline him for the next 15 months.
Lawrence and Bennett are due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 15 October.
But the pair, who seemingly emerged relatively unscathed from the crash, have been training with the squad and will be involved against Barnsley - just over a week from their drink-driving charge.
