Cocktail connoisseurs in the UK now have the opportunity to taste a variety of cocktails from their living rooms and put their taste buds to the test in this new dream job.
Yorkshire drink events company Liquor Lab is looking for an official cocktail tester to sample the companies’ new tipples coming out throughout the year.
To sweeten the deal, the lucky candidate will be supplied with a year’s supply of cocktails and paid £200, with the role starting in July 2021.
To apply for the role, Liquor Lab is looking for someone who likes trying new drinks, sharing their honest thoughts with family and friends, and ultimately knows their Daiquiri from their Mojito.
To enter, applicants must be aged 18 or over and apply by simply writing a review of their favourite cocktail, which can be anything from a classic to a mixologists project.
They also need to explain why that particular cocktail stands out to them.
Timmy Wright, co-founder and expert mixologist of Liquor Lab, said: “We’ve been super busy behind the scenes creating some seriously good cocktails that people can enjoy from the comfort of their home, but to make sure we are on the right track, we’re looking for a cocktail expert to put our new creations to the test.
“We are very excited to be opening this job opportunity to one lucky person, and we can’t wait for them to be part of our team.”
