December is a month full of good food, family and all things festive.
And one thing that ticks all those boxes and more is a Christmas market.
Whether you visit Birmingham or London, a festive market is a great way to get into the Christmas spirit.
And now you even get paid to visit markets across the country.
An online exhibition firm is looking to hire a ‘Christmas Fair Tester’, to travel around the UK and review Christmas markets, BirminghamLive reports.
The selected candidate will need to be available to attend up to ten markets from December 6 to 24, submitting detailed reviews of each, including photographs.
Each review must be around 750 words, contain good photography and be submitted digitally.
The reviews will help exhibition firm ExpoCart.com expand into the Christmas market sector next year.
The successful candidate must be available to attend a different market up to three times a week, spending an hour at each market with the report acting as invaluable research for the company.
Jasmine Eilfield, co-founder of ExpoCart, said: "Christmas markets are one of the most popular attractions in the country, with thousands of people visiting them every day throughout the festive period.
"So, with our upcoming expansion into the consumer markets and fairs sector, we decided to take advantage of all of the fairs currently running, and do some market research of our own.
"Obviously we know this is a dream job for a lot of people, so we’re expecting a lot of applications."
The role is open to anyone over 18 with a full UK driving license and a passion for all things Christmas-related.
