Victoria Homes will launch housing developments this summer with new homes coming to three parts of South Dublin.
The "boutique developments" will include: ten four-bed houses in Ballyboden, seven large apartments in Dundrum and four bespoke homes in Dun Laoghaire.
Vista Montana, based in Ballyboden is situated close to St. Enda's GAA Club in Knocklyon.
The spacious redbrick homes will be finished with "high quality and contemporary luxury".
Rosemount View in Dundrum is situated in a prime location on Dundrum Road, adjacent to the Dundrum Luas stop.
These set of apartments will be delivered to a turn-key finish, complete with a full set of appliances including a German-style kitchen and Pergo flooring throughout.
The homes in Dun Laoghaire, Northumberland Close will be "high-end and stylish developments" designed by renowned local architect, Tony Mullen.
The development itself is situated within a short stroll of Dun Laoghaire town centre, in a sought-after cul de sac off Northumberland Avenue.
