Edinburgh's most iconic ice-cream shop has announced on Instagram that it's looking for some new 'Milk Barbarians' to join its team.
Mary's Milk Bar, situated on the Grassmarket and famed for their unusual flavours of ice-cream and chocolates, is looking to fill scooping posts between March and September.
The requirements? Coffee experience would be helpful (affogato anyone?) and candidates need to be available throughout summer.
Positions are either two or four days a week and being able to work weekends is a must.
Forget LinkedIn - the only way to apply is to hand in your CV to Mary and the team IN PERSON with a little letter about your favourite flavours and 'a nice story about ice cream or something we should know about you.'
