Draymond Green welcomes Bronny James to Instagram

Like any parents hoping to protect their children from the dark side of social media, LeBron and Savannah James made oldest son, LeBron, Jr. — otherwise known as Bronny — wait until age 14 to test the waters of Instagram. To commemorate the moment, James announced to his millions of followers the social media arrival of his “heir to the throne.”

But it came with a threat:

Keep y’all hating asses off his comments or we pulling up !! !!

Bronny then posted his first hello and the comments flooded in, from laypeople and celebrities alike, including Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green. Seemingly amped into “go” mode at all times, Green replied to Bronny’s first-ever Instagram post with an expletive-pocked message:

Im at your [expletive] neck this summer G!!! All gas

If Bronny truly wants to follow in his father’s footsteps, he has to get practice shooting against the league’s best defenders. Finalists for the Defensive Player of the Year award be damned, it is hard to imagine anyone more deserving of the honor this year than Draymond Green.

Others from the world of basketball to welcome Bronny to the ‘gram included Carmelo Anthony, Trae Young and fellow NBA offspring Shareef O’Neal.

No word from King James on Green’s use of a swear word around his minor child.
