Draymond Green tried to bluff a poker pro and lost everything

Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green put his poker skills to the test against a few top pros in PokerGo’s Poker After Dark cash game, and he lost a cool $5k on an ill-advised bluff.

Green, holding an 8 and 5 of clubs, got little help on a flop of 2s-9c-As, and a turn card of 4d left him well behind Maria Ho’s pair of twos. Green and Ho checked to see an Ace of hearts on the river – but despite striking out, Green quickly stacked his chips and moved all in with nothing.

Unfortunately for Draymond, pro poker player Maria Ho wasn’t buying his bluff. After asking Green when was the last time he played poker, Ho made a “loose call” and took down the pot, forcing Green to buy in for another $5k to keep playing.
