Dramatic pictures show fire crews tackling a blaze that engulfed a combine harvester in a Nottinghamshire field.
The incident occurred on Tuesday evening, August 24.
Crews from Tuxford and Collingham were dispatched to the scene and used one hose reel and two breathing apparatus.
Pictures taken the next day showed the damage to the machine, which had been completely set alight in the fire.
The blaze was completely extinguished by the crews in attendance who also visited the next morning.
A spokesperson for Tuxford Fire Station: "A busy evening for the crew who, along with Collingham Fire Station, used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and lots of water to extinguish a combine harvester.
"Crews visited this morning [August 25] and carried out hot spotting."
